We know it is important for you to keep in touch with family and friends and to stay in touch with what's happening in the world. It's so important that we provide this service as a complimentary service. You will receive an "access code" on arrival which will give you 2GB of data every 24 hours with up to 4 devices connected until you checkout. Please read terms and conditions when logging into the internet.
As with Wifi we know it is important to stay in touch with family and friends. So again we provide a complimentary service for all Local and National calls free of charge (landlines only). All other calls have a toll bar in place. Please see reception for assistance for all other calls.
To make a call - Press talk, wait for the dial tone and then dial the number you require.

Your TV receives its channels through both digital (freeview) and analogue (sky) frequencies. To change the TV signal between sky and freeview you need to do the following:
Rooms 1,2,3,4,7,8,10,11 and 12 to change between the 2 signals simply press the button near the top left of your TV remote "digital/analogue".
Rooms 5, 6 and 9 to change between the 2 signals simply press the button near the top right of your TV remote "TV/RAD".
Room 13 to change between the 2 signals simply press the button near the top right of your TV remote "TV".
