  • Sound the alarm (see map on the entrance door)
  • Dial 111


When you hear the alarm siren:


  • Vacate the building by the nearest EXIT
  • Make your way to the front of the property
  • Fire extinguishers are located throughout the property (see map on the entrance door)


Only if conditions permit, should attempts be made to extinguish a fire.

For all dental emergencies weekdays between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm Outside these hours contact an emergency medical centre, or in extreme cases A&E department at Palmerston North hospital.


During weekend and public holidays we will provide an emergency number between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm


For dental pain relief use paracetamol based products and/or anti-inflammatories, but make sure you follow directions on the packet. If you have an accident and your tooth or teeth have been broken or displaced or you have cuts or lacerations, contact someone immediately.


If you have lost a whole or part of a tooth try to handle it as little as possible, place it in a glass of milk or water, and take it with you.
