AIR-CONDITIONING
Your room is equipped with a centralised heat pump. It has been setup to allow you to control the temperature in your room to your personal preference.
The units have also been setup to maintain the temperature during quiet times of the night at an ambient temperature of 210 between the hours of 12.00 - 6.00 am. During these hours the temperature cannot be increased or decreased.
Baggage storage
Check out is 10.00 am. lf you are wanting to be in the City for the day after checkout and need to store your luggage, we will endeavor to store it for you until you depart later on that day.
Breakfast
We can provide breakfast continental. To discuss your options please contact reception 06 3550050. Continental breakfasts will be delivered to your room the evening prior, so you can have your breakfast at a time that suits you.
Business Cards with our address
ln the compendium you will find our 'Business Card' which will give Destiny on Fitzherbert's address and phone numbers for your reference during your stay.
Car parking
Please use your room's allocated car parking space. This is important if you have visitors that know your car and go to the room your car is parked in. We have had instances whereby this has caused a slight embarrassment to parties concerned. lf you have more than 1 car, one of them may need to be parked on the roadside. Your visitors will need to park their cars on the roadside.
Checkout
Check out is 10.00 am on the day of departure, late check-out is only by prior arrangement with reception - a fee of $15.00 per hour will be charged. Guests departing before 7.30 am weekdays or 8.00 am weekends, please leave your access card/s on the kitchen bench, lock box or letterbox by the office and close door behind you.
