Your room is equipped with a centralised heat pump. It has been setup to allow you to control the temperature in your room to your personal preference.
The units have also been setup to maintain the temperature during quiet times of the night at an ambient temperature of 210 between the hours of 12.00 - 6.00 am. During these hours the temperature cannot be increased or decreased.
Rooms are serviced daily in the morning from 9:30am. If you would prefer not to have your room serviced, let us know at reception on extension 800. If you require more towels or tea & coffee, either pop down to reception or give us a call.
We are very keen to do our best to support NZ's environmental conservation efforts. To play your part in it - please decide for yourself:
- Towel on the rail means 'I'll use it again'
- Towel on the floor or in the bath means 'Please exchange'
An iron and ironing board for your personal use is located in the cupboard of your apartment.
The office opens 7:30am on weekdays and 8:00am weekends. If you are checking out earlier than that, please let us know the night before so we know when we can send staff in to clean. When you leave just put your keys on the kitchen bench and pull the door closed. If keys are lost or not returned to us, we will need to charge your credit card $35.00 to cover a replacement key and tag.
The guest laundry is located on the ground floor opposite the reception. This is a complimentary service and all we ask is that you keep it clean and tidy for other guests. Your room access card opens the door. Hours of use are from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm these are to ensure noise is kept to a minimum for rooms close by. Please read the instructions on the wall regarding condensation when using the dryer.
Loss or damage
We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to your property. To keep your possessions safe please keep doors and windows locked when leaving your room.
Lost & Found policy
If wee find some of your belongings after you have left, we will endeavour to contact you if you have left us contact details. Items will be disposed of after 3 months.
Perhaps something has malfunctioned since it was checked. By telling us about things that need attention in your unit, you will help us maintain our rooms to the high standard that we require.
