Terms and Conditions

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Arrival times unless prior arrangement has been made is between 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm.  Departure times unless prior arrangement has been made is by 10.00 am.  There is an additional charge of $15.00 per hour which will be applied to your account if outside these hours.


PAYMENT METHODS
Destiny on Fitzherbert accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Diners Club. A surcharge of 2.5% is applied to all Credit/Debit card transactions.


SETTLING YOUR ACCOUNT
Credit card details are required at the time of booking, and payment in full will be debited between 9 am - 12 pm the day before your arrival date; if not already done prior. Advance purchase non-refundable bookings require payment in full at the time of booking.

Payment by Debit card or cash will require proof of ID and a bond of $250.00 to be paid upon arrival. The bond will be held as security for the duration of your stay and is refundable on the day of checkout, provided there are no additional charges for incidentals, including damages directly or indirectly. Electronic refund payments will take 2-3 working days depending on your bank.


LATE CANCELLATION

If you choose to cancel your accommodation booking/s, it must be done a minimum of 48 hours before the commencement of your stay. 

You will be charged the total amount of your stay if your cancellation falls within 48 hours of check-in.


CHANGES TO YOUR STAY

We reserve the right to reconsider the availability and rate changes to your amended accommodation booking. Should you choose to reduce the length of stay on arrival, we may still charge the total amount of your original booking.


REFUNDS

A full refund is given if a minimum of 48 hours' notice is given prior to the commencement of your stay. There is no refund for 'Non-Refundable' bookings.


GROUP BOOKINGS

In case of a group booking, booking more than three rooms, different policies and additional supplements will apply. Call us to discuss the conditions. In the event of cancelling your group accommodation booking, one month's notice is required. If cancelled within this period, we may charge a cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking or any deposit paid forfeited.


Please note this property is not suitable to accommodate any sports team. Contact the property before booking to avoid disappointment.


NO PARTY POLICY

Be mindful that there are other guests on-site that may need peace and quiet. For this reason, we ask that anyone visiting you in your room has left by 9.00 PM. During their visit, noise is kept to a minimum. If you are drinking outside your room, again, 9.00 PM is the time we ask for you to move into your room. We take a firm stance on noise control outside and inside your room/s after 9.00 PM. Again this is to be respectful to other guests.


VALUABLE ITEMS

Please ensure all valuable items are either taken out of your car or put in place out of sight. We don't usually have any problems with vehicle break-ins; this is just a precaution.


NO PETS ALLOWED
Under no circumstance do we allow pets to be on the premises (includes vehicles parked on the premises).
